Making things

Building before knowing what I'm doing

Sometimes a rough first version is a better question.

Sample draft for this website preview. This is not a previously published article by Resync.

Starting with something small

It is tempting to wait until an idea makes complete sense. But a small working version can reveal the questions that planning misses.

The first version does not need to be impressive. It needs to make an assumption visible. Can this workflow save a repeated step? Can someone else understand it without an explanation?

Keeping a record

The part I want to get better at is writing down what changed my mind. A finished feature is useful. So is a record of why the earlier version did not work.
